The genesis of the Shipra Foundation is rooted in our aspiration to provide innovative solutions to the pressing challenges that our modern society faces. The name “Shipra” draws its inspiration from the ancient and revered river Shipra, also known as Kshipra, flowing through the heart of India. Its banks have cradled one of the world’s most ancient civilizations, epitomized by Ujjain and the centuries-old Mahakaleshwar Temple.

Our foundation is firmly grounded in the enduring wisdom of ancient Indian philosophy, embodied in the principle of “Vasudev Kutumbakkam,” which envisions the entire world as one family. In the spirit of “Magis”1symbolizing the relentless pursuit of excellence, we aspire to contribute to a world that is more harmonious, prosperous and environmentally sustainable, where development is infused with compassion and inclusivity.
